Habit tracker with friends: the Veo kit

Everything for a 45-second Tadapop promo with Chloe, our AI host: the first-frame image and the Veo prompt for every Chloe shot, the script, and the real app screens to record. Download a frame, copy its prompt, and generate.

Chloe is AI-generated. Turn on the platform's AI-generated content label when you post. She's a host, not a customer, so no "I lost 10 kg" style result claims.

How to use this in Veo

  1. In Google Flow (or Veo), start a new clip with Frames to Video and upload the shot's first frame.
  2. Paste the shot's Veo prompt. Set 9:16 and the length shown.
  3. Talking shots (lip-sync): make 2–3 takes and keep the ones whose voices match. Veo picks a new voice each time.
  4. Voice-over shots: keep the clip silent, and record the script as one voice-over track at the end so the voice matches throughout.
  5. If Veo changes her face, add the reference image below as an ingredient.

The script (about 45 seconds)

Teleprompter script
Most people quit a new habit in the first week.
Not because they're lazy.
Because nobody notices.

I'm Chloe, and I make videos about habits that actually stick.
Here's the fix nobody talks about.

When you're doing it alone,
skipping costs you nothing.
No one asks. No one sees.

So change who's watching.

Pick a habit with two or three friends.
Every day, you check in with a photo.
Everyone's streak is on one leaderboard.

Now skipping has a price.
Your name drops.
Your friends notice.
Make it fun: loser buys dinner.

That's Tadapop.
A habit tracker you use with friends.

Who's the friend you'd challenge first?
Tag them.

Chloe shots

Every frame is waist-up or closer (Veo blocks full-body frames of her). Shot 7 is a screen recording, so it isn't here. For every shot, use this negative prompt if your tool has one: subtitles, captions, text, logos, watermark, distorted face, extra fingers, phone screen with readable text

Real Tadapop screens to record

Never let AI draw the app: it invents text and buttons. Record these on the iPhone with Screen Recording, inside a real Check-in Club challenge (for example "30-day run") with 2–3 friends who agree to appear. Get a few days of real check-ins first, and turn on Do Not Disturb.
