A small studio that ships
Ship to Live is a founder-led software studio in San Diego and Taipei. We build AI agents, automations, mobile apps and websites for businesses in the US and Taiwan, and we take each one all the way to production.
Why "Ship to Live"
"Ship to live" is the last step of a build: putting the code into production, where people use it. Plenty of projects stall before they get there. That last step is the one we care about most.
So every engagement starts by finding what's actually in the way, whether that's a missing integration, an aging system or an unclear plan, and ends with software running on your real data, with logging, permissions and handover docs. You own the code and the accounts.
We stay deliberately small. One accountable lead owns each project from architecture to deployment, and we bring in specialists when a project needs them.
Founder
Yufan Chen
Founder & Principal Engineer. I started as a programmer at TalentSmartEQ and finished there as CTO, running the platform behind assessments taken in 26 countries. Since then I've maintained and extended a gifting widget used by 40 million people, and built the studio's two App Store apps, Tally and Tadapop. I completed Johns Hopkins' Agentic AI certificate in 2026.
I lead every Ship to Live project myself, from the first call to launch day, in English or 中文.
